Return/Refund Policy

At Shawn Sutton Studio, each piece is crafted with care, intention, and individuality. Because every artwork is handmade and often one-of-a-kind, I strive to ensure you love what you receive. This policy outlines how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled.

1. Original Artwork & Custom Pieces

All original artworks, commissions, and custom orders are final sale and non-refundable.
Each piece is unique and created specifically for you — I encourage you to review all descriptions, photos, and dimensions carefully before purchasing.

2. Prints & Standard Merchandise

For items such as prints or branded studio merchandise, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item arrives damaged or defective.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact me within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase and photos of any damage must be provided.

Once your return is approved, I’ll arrange a replacement or refund (minus shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged).

3. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your artwork or order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery.
Provide clear photos of:

  • The packaging

  • The damaged item

  • The shipping label

This helps me file a claim with the carrier and resolve it quickly.
If the damage is verified, I’ll work with you on a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation.

4. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they haven’t yet shipped or entered production.
After that time, cancellations may not be possible due to the custom nature of the work.

5. Refund Timeline

Once a return or refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
