Shipping Policy

At Shawn Sutton Studio, every order is handled with care from my studio to your door. This policy explains how orders are processed, packed, and shipped within the United States.
1. Processing Time
Each order is prepared and packaged with the same level of attention I give my artwork.
Original artworks & commissions: Please allow 7–14 business days for safe packaging and preparation before shipping.
Prints & smaller items: Typically ship within 3–5 business days.

2. Shipping Methods
All U.S. orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.
Signature confirmation may be required for higher-value artwork.
Shipping upgrades or alternate carriers are available upon request before checkout.
3. Packaging
Each piece is carefully wrapped and protected to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Originals: Secured with layered wrap, corner guards, and rigid backing or crates for larger works.
Prints: Packed flat or rolled in protective tubes.
Mixed-media materials: Leather, brass, or textured elements are individually cushioned to prevent scuffs or damage.
Every unboxing should feel like opening something truly special — because it is.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination.
Large or custom pieces may require a separate quote — if so, I’ll contact you directly before finalizing your order.
5. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit:
Notify me within 7 days of delivery (or the estimated delivery date).
Provide clear photos of the damage, packaging, and shipping label.
I’ll work with the carrier to file a claim and offer a replacement, repair, or refund if appropriate.
I know how much each piece means, and I’ll do everything possible to make it right.
6. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they haven’t yet shipped or entered production.
Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
