By accessing or purchasing from my website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully — they’re designed to protect both of us and ensure a smooth, respectful experience.

1. General Information

This website is owned and operated by Shawn Sutton Studio.
Throughout these Terms, the words “I,” “me,” and “my” refer to Shawn Sutton Studio; “you” refers to the user or customer.

By visiting this site, browsing, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service and any related policies (such as Privacy, Returns, and Shipping).

2. Products & Artwork

All artworks, prints, and creative pieces are made by hand. Each item may feature unique variations in color, texture, or finish — these are intentional and part of the creative process.

While I do my best to photograph and describe each piece accurately, colors may appear slightly different on screens. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept these natural variations.

3. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD).

  • Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.

  • I reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraud or misuse is suspected.

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase unless they’ve already shipped or entered production.

All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party services (such as PayPal or Stripe). I do not store or access your payment information.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Domestic orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
Processing and delivery times are outlined in the Shipping Policy.
Once an order leaves my studio, shipping times and carrier performance are outside my control — but I’ll always help you track and resolve any issues that arise.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Please review the Return & Refund Policy for details.
Original and commissioned artworks are final sale.
Prints or merchandise may be eligible for return only in cases of damage or defect.

6. Intellectual Property

All artwork, photography, branding, and written content on this site are the intellectual property of Shawn Sutton Studio and may not be reproduced, resold, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Collectors are, of course, free to display and enjoy their purchased artworks in personal or professional settings.

7. Accuracy of Information

I strive to keep all content, pricing, and availability accurate, but occasional errors may occur.
If an error is discovered (for example, incorrect pricing or stock information), I reserve the right to correct it or cancel affected orders, with a full refund if payment has already been made.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shawn Sutton Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or from products purchased through it.

Basically: I’ll always act in good faith, but I can’t be responsible for things outside of my control (like carrier delays, weather damage, or technical issues).

Your privacy is important to me. All information collected through this website is handled according to my Privacy Policy and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
